Dmitry ZavadskyDmitry Zavadsky was born on August 28th, 1972 From 1994 to 1997 he was a personal operator of president Lukashenko. Since January, 1997 he has worked as an operator at the Public Russian TV (ORT). In the spring of 1997 the ORT Journalist Paul Sheremet and Dmitry were arrested for the report on a transparency of the Belarus ian-Lithuanian border. Dmitry received suspended sentence of one and a half year of imprisonment. From October, 1999 to May, 2000 Dmitry worked in the Chechen Republic , where Paul Sheremet and he shoot a film " Ghost City " for the ORT channel. On July 7th, 2000 Dmitry Zavadsky disappeared under unclear circumstances on his way to the Minsk-2airport. |
